Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia C-479/24.

El Procurador General de la Nación le pidió a la Corporación aclarar el numeral segundo resolutivo de la providencia de la referencia, teniendo como sustento un escrito que le formuló el presidente de Fenalco al Ministerio Público, tras considerar que ofrece verdaderos motivos de duda y podrían conducir a los operadores a errores de interpretación en detrimento de derechos adquiridos por particulares.

Concluyó la Sala Plena que el requerimiento de analizado no cumplió con la carga argumentativa para su procedencia y, por eso, procedió a RECHAZARLA.
